Preparing the home for pictures can be overwhelming for the homeowner.

How does your pricing work?
We price our packages based on the square footage of the property. We look at it this way… Instead of giving you a set amount of photos, we give you what the property needs. The only caveat would be this, if the size of the lot is large or if the property is on the water, it will need additional photos to cover the entirety of the outside. So you may want to bump up your package.
Do you service my area?
We have a pretty broad service area. We currently service Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, Citrus, and Pinellas Counties. We drive about an hour north and an hour south from our home base in Spring Hill. If you think your listing may be out of our area, call us. If it is out of our area, it will require a travel fee, or we will make a recommendation of who we would suggest.
What is your turnaround time?
Our official turnaround time is 48 hours. However, we deliver 99% of our photos in 24 hours. We understand that getting the listing up as soon as possible after we shoot the property is important. So we move as quickly as possible to get the photos to you as soon as possible.
Our turnaround time for a TruView Walkthrough is 48 hours.
Zillow walkthrough videos are 24 hours.
Can you create videos?
Yes, we have a pretty extensive range of videos that we offer.
Our most popular video package is the TruView Walkthrough. We also offer a Zillow walkthrough which is an affordable option that allows you to capture a video of the property if it is a smaller property that does not justify the cost of the TruView walkthrough.
We also offer vertical video packages for reels, stories, and TikTok.
What comes with the photos
All of our packages come with a FREE marketing kit and property website. Our marketing kit and property sites are the best in the industry. The marketing kit has premade social media posts in the most common formats. Including images you can use in stories, reels, and TikToks. Our social post templates can be customized so you stand out from the crowd. We also offer custom domains for your property site as an addon.
